The flower buds were picked in the balloon stage and divided into two parts. flower buds and anthers, three storage methods were tested, 4\u00b0C, -20\u00b0C, and for three periods of 7, 15 and 30 days, then viability and germination tests were conducted in each storage stage, Germination was studied laboratory temperatures (20 \u00b1 2) C, and incubator temperature (24 \u00b1 2) C. and on three culture media, distilled water, sucrose solution 15%, sucrose solution 30%, The result was that pollen gives the highest percentage of germination immediately after picking and the best way to store pollen is to store pollen at low temperature, the method of storing the anthers was significantly superior to storing the buds at the cold temperature, the temperature of-20\u00b0C was superior to 4 \u00b0C, and the dye gave an idea of the vitality of the pollen, but did not express its ability to germinate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; font-size: 17px;\"><strong>Keywords<\/strong>: pollen, storage, vitality, sour orange, Cleopatra mandarin.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', Times; font-size: 17px;\">Full paper in Arabic: <a href=\"http:\/\/agri-research-journal.net\/SjarEn\/wp-content\/uploads\/v10n1p6.pdf\">pdf<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Venus Hasan*(1) , Ali Elkhateeb(1) and Hasan Khojah(2) (1).
