Tharwat Redwan E-mail: <u>tharwat.redwan@yahool.com).<\/u><\/p>\n<p>Received: 20\/02\/2020\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Accepted: 9\/06\/2020<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This research was conducted at the Agricultural Research Center in Lattakia\u060c \u00a0assessed the effect of altitude on \u00a0the yield of four genotypes of Damascena rose (RD1) Kassab(\u060c \u00a0RD2(Alqardaha)\u060c \u00a0RD3 (Gablah)\u060c \u00a0RD4(Al-Marah)) were planted at four different altitude(Poka 20m\u060c \u00a0Alrmadeaa 300m\u060c \u00a0\u00a0Kassab 650m\u060c \u00a0\u00a0Dabasa 985m) in Lattakia during 2018-2019\u060c \u00a0the study showed that\u00a0 the Kassab site(650 m) gave the highest yield (329.87) g\u060c \u00a0and the highest value of average number of flowers (82.15) flower\u060c \u00a0and Two sites (Kassab 650m\u060c \u00a0Dabasa 985m) have higher than the rest of the sites in The percentage of essential oil\u060c \u00a0and for the genotypes\u060c \u00a0On the other hand the RD1 genotype had the highest average flower weight (11.57) g and average yield (380.53) g\u060c \u00a0but it contained the lowest number of flowers and percentage of oil essential\u060c \u00a0while the RD3 genotype was superior The rest of the genotypes and in all studied sites\u060c in the average number of flowers (89.75).
