The observed growth parameters were: (surface leaf\narea, its index, concentration of vitamin C, and concentration of salicylic\nacid) in a greenhouse expirment in Tartous in the season 2016\/2017. The\nresults revealed that the inoculation single or mixed led to significant\nincreasing in the whole treatments compared with the non-inoculated healthy\ncontrol, and the effect of CMV in the inoculated plants was reduced and\nincreasing in growth parameters compared with the non-inoculated healthy\ncontrol. However, the single inoculation with <em>Frateuria aurantia <\/em>gave\nthe best significant increasing compared with the other strains <em>Bacillus\nmegaterium, Rhizobium leguminosarum and Azotobacter chroococcum<\/em> and the\ntreatment of the four bacterial species was the best and with significant\ndifferences The surface leaf area was 9843 cm<sup>2<\/sup>\/ plant, and its index\nwas 1.96 m<sup>2<\/sup>\/m<sup>2<\/sup>. The concentration of vitamin C in the\npeppers was 228 mg \/100 g.
