Storage and stores&nbsp; conditions were studied and microbial content\nlesson to the samples from the fish diets&nbsp;\nafter 20, 40 and 60 days of storage, using isolation and diagnosis of\ncolonies using scientific sources, and the bacterial counting method.\nMicroscopic colonies of microbial growths were identified. The results showed\nthe presence of fungal and bacterial growths in all diets. Also, the results of\nexamination, isolation, and diagnosis showed the presence of the following\ntypes of organisms that included each of the fungal colonies: <em>Penecilum sp.,\nAspergillus niger, Aspergillus falvus, and Mucor sp.<\/em>). The identified bacteria\nwere: <em>Staphylococus epidermis, Bacillus sp., Strptococus sp., <\/em>and<em>\nDiplococci sp.<\/em>). Their difference in proportions depended on the sample\nsource and the time period of storage, and at a total count rate for the\ncolonies during the study period of the bacterial colonies were <em>Staphylococus\nsp.<\/em> (14), <em>Bacillus sp<\/em>. (16), <em>Strptococus sp.<\/em> (14), <em>Diplococci\nsp.<\/em> (12), the innate <em>Penecillium sp.<\/em> (23), <em>Aspergillus niger<\/em>\n(26), <em>Aspergillus falvus<\/em> (25), <em>Mucor sp.<\/em> (25) for station A, and\nfor bacterial colonies <em>Staphylococus sp.<\/em> (22), <em>Bacillus sp.<\/em> (19),\n<em>Strptococus sp.<\/em> (17), <em>Diplococci sp.<\/em> (17), the <em>fungal\nPenecillium sp.<\/em> (30), <em>Aspergillus niger<\/em> (32), <em>Aspergillus falvus<\/em>\n(28), <em>Mucor sp. <\/em>(24) for station B, and for bacterial colonies <em>Staphylococus\nsp.<\/em> (31), <em>Bacillus sp.<\/em> (27), <em>Strptococus sp.<\/em> (22), <em>Diplococci\nsp.<\/em> (25), the innate <em>Penecillium sp.<\/em> (33), <em>Aspergillus niger<\/em>\n(37), <em>Aspergillus falvus<\/em> (36), <em>Mucor sp.<\/em> (29) for station C, with\na clear increase with increasing and worsening of storage period and&nbsp; using the older diets feed.
