E-Mail: <a href=\"mailto:siraiman@yahoo.com\">siraiman@yahoo.com<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Received: 18\/08\/2019&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Accepted: 02\/10\/2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This\nresearch was carried out at the Administration of Natural Resources Research,\nGeneral Commission for Scientific Agricultural Research GCSAR, in 2018; it is\nconsidered a computer software with the first version, which calculates the\nquantity of water requirement for optimal plant growth without water stress\naccording to the climatic data which was calculated for the specific area,\ntaking into consideration no water waste, according to the proper irrigation\nmethod of the plant based on the climate data which is included in the program\ndatabase. The monthly modified crop coefficients were confirmed which depended\non the phonological stages of crops and trees and the results of long term of\nresearchs that were carried out at the irrigation research stations of GCSAR,\nwhich distributed to cover the seven water basins in Syria. This program\ncalculates the monthly plant water requirements for crops, vegetables, and\ntrees according to Penman Montieth equation which estimates the reference\nevapotranspiration taking into consideration the irrigation efficiency and\ncoefficient of reduction according to the irrigation method.
