E-Mail: botanist.waleed2014@gmail.com).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Received: 02\/05\/2018\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Accepted: 01\/10\/2018<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Abstract<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Morphological, anatomical and physic-mechanical characters were studied for 10 <em>Astragalus<\/em> species which were: <em>A. asterias<\/em><em> , <\/em><em>A. boeticus<\/em> , <em>A. brachyceras<\/em> , <em>A. corrugatus<\/em> , <em>A. guttatus<\/em> , <em>A. hamosus <\/em>, <em>A. oxyglottis <\/em>, <em>A. schemperi <\/em>, <em>A. tribuloides <\/em>and <em>A<\/em>. <em>trimestris<\/em> at El Jemmaseh Station, Tartous Research Center in 2017\/2018, to characterize the seeds of the studied species and \u00a0determine the importance of these characters at systematic in classification and genetic relationship within the same genus. The results of cluster analysis exhibited two main groups with similarity level of 25. The first group included one species <em>A. boeticus<\/em>, while the second group split into two sub-groups which included: <em>A. hamosus, A. trimestris, A. asterias, A. oxyglottis<\/em>, <em>A. brachyceras, A. tribuloides, A. corrugatus<\/em> and <em>A. guttatus<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key Words: <\/strong><em>Astragalus<\/em>, Seeds, Morphology traits, Physic-mechanical traits.<\/p>\n<p>Full paper in Arabic: <a href=\"http:\/\/agri-research-journal.net\/sjar\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/v6n3p5.pdf\">PDF<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Walid Ali Ali *(1) (1).
