The experiment was conducted on 300 chicks divided into three groups: Group (A): a positive control infected with Gumboro disease without vaccination; Group (D1): infected and given the intermediate vaccine; Group (E1): infected and given the intermediate plus vaccine. Blood samples were collected, and RNA was extracted using a special kit. The virus was then detected using PCR, and the half &#8211; life (LDH) was calculated to induce infection. Blood samples were then collected at three-time intervals (23 days, 33 days, and 43 days), and antibody levels were measured using ELISA.
