Crop (Sponta var.) to 4 Biofertilizers and study their effects on some basic fertility soil properties and some qualitative and productive traits of potato. The study carried out according to randomized complete block design with 5 treatments (T0: control, T1: Azospirillum spp, T2: Azotobacter spp, T3: phosphate soluble bacteria Bacillus megaterium, T4 mixed biofertilizers of all three previous bacteria) and 3 replications. The results showed that application of T4 (mixed biofertilizers) had a significant increase in total N% in soil with (0.0416%), available phosphorus (27.34 mg\/kg), and the total productivity (21.51 ton\/ha). While the application of T2 had a significant increase in available potassium quantity in soil solution with (339 mg\/kg). The results also showed that the application of T4 had a significant increase in starch %, protein %, and tuber dry matter% with (6.29, 2.023 and 21.53%) respectively.
